The Great Chimera

Adapted from the classic Greek novel by M. Karagatsis, 'The Great Chimera' is set in the 1920s on the fictional Aegean island of Esie. The story centers on the Vgenopoulos brothers—Mihalis, the ambitious returnee from America; Kostas, the passionate hothead; and Thanasis, the steady eldest—whose lives collide with the enigmatic Katerina, igniting a saga of intense love, bitter rivalries, family secrets, betrayal, and revenge that engulfs the entire community.
