Overview
When the editor-in-chief of a publishing company is found dead at his office desk, detective Yoshioka Yosuke is assigned to the case. He notices that a mysterious app called 'CUT' was installed on the victim's phone. The further he digs into the victim's final days, the more Yoshioka realizes that this little app is the key to the investigation... and perhaps a new way to edit reality itself. As bizarre incidents pile up around the app's users, Yoshioka uncovers a dark conspiracy where digital edits start bleeding into the real world.
