Overview:
Alone is an American survival competition series that drops off ten individuals in remote locations where they must survive using limited resources and no human interactions. These participants must be self-sufficient, building shelters, foraging for food, and finding ways to endure harsh weather conditions, while documenting their experiences. With no camera crews, the participants must carry and manage their own camera equipment.
